Historic and classic cars will once again grace the capital city in races to be held by the Valletta Grand Prix Foundation between May 4 and 9.
Charles Zahra, the foundation’s secretary, said the circuit would include a four-kilometre run around Valletta and would be longer than last year’s. One hundred participants are expected, double last year’s figure, half of whom will be foreign drivers. The event is being touted as contributing to sports tourism on the island.
